Officer Jingles of the North Pole surveillance division has some news. Their child has passed every test for good behaviour and made the nice list.
You choose who helped with the mission, such as 'Mummy and Daddy', and it's woven into the letter. Jingles signs off with a 'Nice' stamp.
Personalise it with:
- Their name, up to 12 characters
- Who helped Jingles, up to 25 characters
Everything prints exactly as you type it, so please avoid all capitals. Who helped appears in the letter itself, not at the bottom.
The details
- A4 letter, about 29.5cm x 21cm
- Comes in a brown outer envelope with a plain white envelope inside
Official confirmation from the North Pole.

Delivery is free to any mainland UK address. We make your gift to order and dispatch it within 2 to 4 working days on a tracked Royal Mail 48 service. Royal Mail doesn't guarantee delivery times, so please allow a little extra time before a special date.
Some gifts take longer to make, and the description will tell you if so. If this gift can go next working day, you'll see the option at checkout for £7.50. Just order before 1pm on a working day.
We deliver within the UK only. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the islands is also free for most gifts (up to 2kg), but next working day may not be available there.
Personalised gifts and hampers can't be returned unless there's an error or the item is substantially different from what we advertised. If that happens, we'll replace it. Read our full returns policy.
